Sultan Kudarat

Sultan Kudarat is part of SOCCSKARGEN Region. It’s capital is Isulan and its commercial center is Tacurong City. It is named after the famous Muslim ruler who ruled the Sultanate of Maguindanao. It’s provincial capitol is the grandest capitol in the whole country.

How to get there:

By bus from Gen Santos City

  • Fly in to General Santos City airport
  • Ride a bus going to Koronadal City (Marbel)
  • Ride a bus/van bound for Surallah
  • Ride van to Isulan

Sample itinerary:

  • 5:00 – 7:00 AM: Fly in to GenSan City
  • 7:00 – 11:00AM: Travel to Isulan

North Cotabato

North Cotabato is full of natural wonders. It is where the beautiful Asik-asik falls is located. Aside from Asik-asik, the majestic Daday falls is also nearby. It has many tourist spots now made accessible by cemented roads and walkways.

How to get there:

By plane via Cotabato City

  • Fly in to the airport
  • Ride a van bound for Midsayap, North Cotabato
  • Ride a habal habal to Asik Asik falls OR ride a jeep to Dado then habal habal to Asik asik falls

It is an independent city under Bangsamoro Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). It is where the place of the famous mosques: Pink mosque or Masjid Dimaukom Mosque and Grand mosque or Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque.

  • Fly in to Awang airport in Cotabato City

By bus

  • Direct bus destination from major cities in Mindanao
